Rimmel London Soft Kohl - Pure White [Review]


Kajal Eye Liner Pencil




I love this white liner, it is soft and easy to use. Not the most creamy liner thus still needs a little of palm warming to help soften the pencil before application. It apply on matte white and easy to blend with fingers or a brush for a softer look. I don't experience any breaking tips problem at the moment which is great. Suitable to use on the waterline too. :)


Used this liner in a video tutorial.

2014 has been a year of change. So many things had happened, big, small, good and bad, all I can say is that I am thankful.
