Post for a good cause. Truly Loving Company (TLC) is back with Season 2 of the Promise Me campaign. I missed out last year's campaign. This year, 12 corporations and institutions come together to fulfill 12 golden wishes from charity organisations and I'm supporting Nuffnang's Pledge to raise funds and help Rumah Aman replace their 15 year-old electricity wiring and lightning breaker system. What is TLC? Truly Loving Company produces personal and household products including bath & body products, kitchen cleaners, floor cleaners, bathroom cleaners, which you can find in major supermarkets and grocery stores. When we buy TLC products, we're actually contributing to charity because 100% of the company's dividends are split between 5 charity partners they are affiliated with. Main Objective Raise Awareness - to educate ppl on how to detect, what to do, and how to deal with it. (So that you won't go 'OMGosh I'M HAVE BREAST CANCER AND I'M GONNA DIE!!) Audiences - Masses but targeted from 18 to 45 years old. (even if you're a kid, is good to start young!) Secondary Objective - To Raise Funds for Assunta Hospita

Finally! Managed to get sometime to blog again! I've been caught up with assignments and emceeing event. Three emcee-ing in one week + classes and other events + assignment due! I didn't even have time to prepare.  I am here to update you on my trial for the New Acuvue Advance Plus Bi-weekly Contact Lenses. This guy (forgot the name) he is a certify specialist, I know because of his certs hung behind his counter. He is one very nice eye doctor!  He gave me a full eye check up which includes me finding out that I have a very curvy/steep eye balls! I should be wearing a contact lenses with a Base Curve of 8.3 for a better fit for my eyes. Commonly most contact lenses are made with BC 8.6/8.7 as this is the general public's BC. Another review with Yuberactive This is a super duper late review. This time, Yuber sent me this fabulous nail colour by Rimmel London. I really love this colour, it is a red with a coral undertone. VERY PRETTY! What is so special about this polish? It claims that with it's new brush shape (express brush), it is a ONE Second application. As you can see in the picture below that it has a flat and wide brush applicator. So far, this is my first time seeing this technology. I personally felt that it is kinda cool. So I tried it out and well, sorry to say that you can't paint a perfect layer within a second. Though, the express brush applicator does help in getting the polish evenly painted with less strokes. Thus, speeds up the application process. However, it can get a little weird for the first time users as there is only two ways to apply this polish as compared to the traditional rounded brush where you can use any sides.
