FreshLook ColorBlends in Turquoise by GlassesOnline.com [Review]

Image
Hello all my beautiful and handsome readers,  I'm sure you have heard of FreshLook colored lenses and some even experienced them before. This is my first time trying FreshLook Color Blends contact lenses. I have mine in turquoise because I am bias towards green eyes people, totally love them. There's just something so attractive when I look into humans with real green eyes, so this is the closest I can get for being a green iris-ed chick.

Mary Kay True Dimensions Lipstick in Pink Cherie [Review]

Image
Ohla! I am super duper loving this lipstick! It is such an easy, wearable, everyday bright pink lipstick. It looks very fushia in the tube but it swipes on my lips super smooth, creamy and more subtle bright pink instead of a costume Nicki Minaj pink. It is also an extremely interesting packaged lipstick with classy looking metal grey on the outside accompanied by a push off clear button at the top to release the lipstick from its ultra-stylish case.  This new Mary Kay True Dimensions Lipstick effortlessly blends alluring femininity with the beauty of science. The advanced formula targets the key qualities that give lips their contour and dimension - fullness, plumpness and firmness.

Vote for Coach Poppy Flower EDP at SA SA Fragrance Awards 2013 [Review]

Image
Seriously, Coach Poppy is not promoted enough. No body seems to know that it even exist. So under rated. I can't deny that it was also invisible to me during the Sa Sa Fragrance Fair and Awards 2013 Launch, I didn't even picked it up to have a test smell. It wasn't eye catching at all. The bottle is so simple and classy. Nothing extravaganza or much creative accent. I feel the box is way prettier that the round bottle but simple is good, easy to travel, you will know that it will come out of your bag looking the same as it went in. Just Round... everywhere...

Kinohimitsu J'pan D'tox Juice + Beauty Drink Collagen [Review]

Image
I don't know why can't they just spell J'pan as "Japan" and D'tox as "Detox", what's with the freaking APOSTROPHE? Lols, my first time spelling apostrophe... #JokeoftheDay I'm glad that I'm done trying out the Kinohimitsu Beauty Programme so I can finally share my thoughts about it with you. This is my second time reviewing about a collagen drink but before taking in all the good stuff, I had to go through a 6-day detox programme to get rid of all the nasty toxic in my body to enhance the absorption of the collagen juice in my body.

Origins Drink Up Hydrating Lip Balm in Plum Punch [Review]

Image
I wish this lipgloss works by allowing me to drink them to keep my lips hydrated instead of layering them on my lips. Another clear gloss you might say? I agree, it is just another clear, shiny lipgloss but with a staying power of wonder-woman. Straight up, if you hate thick, sticky lip products, this is no where near for you. Even from the tube itself, you can already foresee it to be jelly like texture with a sticky consistency. It leaves a very clear, glossy, 3D look on your lips and it stays on your lips even after eating. Of course, don't go purposely licking them. It has a very vague mint smell and does feels a bit cooling upon application.

Clinique's Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion+ [Review + Giveaway]

Image
I'm not a loyal user of the old Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion (DDML) but I'm no stranger to it either. There was a period of time where I was diligently into using Clinique's 3 Step Solution which includes the old formulation of the adored by many yellow butter. It worked for me for a while but as time passes my skin demands to try other things. So I stopped using Clinique for a very long time. Now, Clinique has finally reformulated one of their best sellers after 6 and the half years in the making. The yellow lotion never had any makeover since the first launch in 1968. I guess they finally saw the light and realized that people's skin is already ' dramatically different ' after 45 years.

Laura Mercier Fall 2013 Colour Story: Dark Spell [Event]

Image
Mystical, Seductive, Captivating New Trend This season, Laura is enchanted by the dark side, and the magical ways of women. Mesmerized by a mix of mystery and fantasy, she has created a captivating palette of seductive shades. The makeup is all about the eyes…smoldering in shades of darkness. Deep blacks and textured grays outline the eyes for a look of intrigue. Darkness is balanced with light, as skin glows with illumination, and lips pout in soft shades of pink and berry. It is a mystical new look that demands attention.

Pacific Rim [Movie Review]

Image
Synopsis   As a war between humankind and monstrous sea creatures wages on, a former pilot and a trainee are paired up to drive a seemingly obsolete special weapon in a desperate effort to save the world from the apocalypse. This is one awesome movie everybody should catch in the cinema, doesn't matter if it is in 3D or in 2D. As long you watch it with a good sound system and a big ass screen. If action is your thing, Pacific Rim is meant for you.

SkinFood Watery Berry Mask + Ampoule [Review]

Image
I was holding on to this mask till my forehead gets better from the crazy pimple outburst I had due to adult acne. Now that I'm settled down in one place, no more sudden change in environment and weather, my skin can finally rest and heal. It has gotten better and I'm happy about it. I really wanted to try this because the Watery Berry range comes in extremely cute packaging that I almost wanted to buy them all. Thank God I resisted the splurge. This mask comes in 2 steps, first apply ampoule on the face then followed with the mask sheet or you can choose to just use the mask and keep the ampoule for an everyday essence. Anyhow you use it, I don't see much difference, it will end up on your face anyway. Although it is manufactured to be used together, there's no sign or notice that it works best together to give you a healthier skin, it is just stated exclusive or extra same essence to add on to the mask. So screw everybody and use it how you feel like using :)

Timeless Truth Malaysia Replenishing & Whitening Mask in Orchid Extract [Review]

Image
I received this mask in my first Vanity Trove box a couple of months ago and I finally took the time to try this mask out without any expectations. It's probably just another mask for me. However, it turn out to surprise me a little.

SASA Fragrance Fair & Awards 2013 [Event]

Image
I've never smelled so many different types of expensive perfumes in my entire life. #FirstTimer #LikeAKidInACandyShop Literally, I had to force myself to stop smelling every single perfume because I was getting really confused with all the scents mixing around in the air at that tight little section and it was also giving me a headache as I was giving my brain too much pressure figuring out the scents of different perfumes. I believe my "scenting" skills has up-ed a level after the event. I'm so much cleverer now :D #SelfProclaimed

I was in The House of Haagen-Dazs where ice-cream is bottomless [Event]

Image
Captivate Your Senses at the House of Haagen-Dazs as they introduced its Secret Sensations in a Pint Range.  I was extremely fortunate to be invited to the unveiling of the largest campaign, the House of Haagen-Dazs. It brings to life its philosophy of superior craftsmanship and quality much in the way a fashion house would do. We all met up at KLCC's main entrance and were transported to the secret location like a bunch of kings & queens.
