PUMA Suede #forthestreet [Event]

Now you have seen an un-glamorous side of me. Thanks to +Jess Lee for thanking this picture and posting up on instagram. I believed this was the picture that made me the winner. It was just unfortunate that I left the scene too early, so the next winner AhBok was blessed with a new pair of PUMA Suede. :) 

PUMA launched global "Evolution of Suede" #ForTheStreet movement, unleash of the Future of Suede 2058. 

The newly launched PUMA Spring-Summer 2013 Future Suede is light on weight, light on suede and has some futuristic tweaks such as lightweight bottom, painted midsole and neoprene tongue. It is also decked out with PUMA Trinomic hexagons, heel clips and eyelets - all these while retaining the signature 1968 profile of the Classic Suede.

2014 has been a year of change. So many things had happened, big, small, good and bad, all I can say is that I am thankful. Or to be exact, I choose to be thankful because some things are out of our control.  I thank God for the great things that happened in my life, things such as getting a job that allows me to travel and experience different cultures, having the opportunity to do what I love which is writing and blogging, and to meet new people as well as reunited with friends that I've not seen for a really long time. I also thank God for the unpleasant moments and experiences because they are priceless, a lesson learnt for me to prepare for my future self. Warning: This might be a long and wordy blogpost with a genuine intention to mainly express my thoughts as a blogger who has been in the industry for quite some time. This post is certainly not by anyway trying to shame any brands or PR companies, if name(s) are mentioned, it's because that incident actually happened. I think it's about time I said something.
