5 brothers are husbands to 1 wife [the shock factor]

Image
While I was going through my daily mundane routine of surfing my Facebook newsfeed, this totally shocked me! To my surprise I wasn't disgusted by it, I was just in awe that there is such culture which is extremely unspeakable. Why nobody reported about this culture before I wonder, I mean it is even hot news to talk about 5 husbands whom are siblings. It will tick people's curiosity and mind. I always only thought about polygamy but I have never heard of the word polyandry. Well, it is not impossible of women having many husbands but who knew people actually practices this out of norm. Don't you think the world is amazing, there's so much out there that we don't know about. I'm so going to break out of my shell and travel out of my country to learn about other people's culture and habits one day. Unbox Vanity Trove March 2013 [Review]

Image
This is my second box of Vanity Trove and unfortunately it is still not up to expectation. I'm sure I not the only one feeling this. Yes, I will admit that they take in good quality products, such as Lunasol. Thank God they put in cosmetics this time, at least we know they are hearing us out and is continuing to strive better to please their subscribers. I will give them a thumbs up for that. The issue here is still them giving super micro mini sample sizes and vouchers that are not... How do I say this... Not that attractive. Not much of a WOW factor that keeps people wanting more or curious to be surprised with the next trove. Apparently they have reduced the price to RM50 per trove now. HALLELUJAH, there is a God! I guess it is tough because the competition now is quite high. Though, lowering it by RM10 is still burning holes in many pockets but at least they are keeping up and listening to what others is saying or doing.  Who knows they might even lower it even further

French Manicure with Sally Hansen [Review]

Image
I have always loved french manicure with basic white tip. It's just so classy, neat and sophisticated. While I was a Brand Knights for Yuberactive, one of the product that I chose among the RM500 worth of Sally Hansen goodies was this set of Sally Hansen Hard as Nails French Manicure Kit. It comes with: A French White tip polish A Sheer Romance polish A guide paper & guide stickers I have been trying to perfect my free hand french manicure white tip for ages and I admit that I'm average with my right hand but I'm still fairly poor with my left hand. I'm not sure why I don't prefer using the sticker guide for the french tip which yes, it does make things a lot easier and way faster. I tried one of te sticker on my pinky finger and it look great and neat when peeling it. Of course, it is common sense to let the lacquer completely dry before peeling the sticker off or else we are just going to mess it all up. Whatever it is, if people wants to see my

Ah Boys to Men 2 & Reunion Dinner [Events]

Image
Yes, I will have to agree that my job does have its own perks. I've watched Jack Neo's movie for a very long time and it was a real honour to be able to meet him in person the other day. They were having a premier screening in Genting and the whole cast was there at Coffee Terrace serving the underprivileged. Unfortunately, I did not have the passes to watch his movie as I had a reunion dinner after the function. It was also awesome to meet all my other blogger friends there! :D I miss blogging life very much. Blogger friends.  +Cindy Tong   +Daniel Chiam  Joel  +Koh Kian Fai  . There were more but they went for the food first. Haha.  The director himself :)  Right after the function at Coffee Terace, I had a reunion dinner at Resorts Cafe. Nothing much to say about this really. Just wanted to share a couple of pictures :) Working life is stressful as usual because sometimes things just doesn't make sense and it is a mad dog eat dog world. xo,

I was FREEZING... In SnowWorld!

Image
Is KL too HOT for you? Want some cooling fun time? Can't afford to go other four seasons country to experience snow? Maybe it is time for you to pack your bags and speed up to SnowWorld Genting! Okay, I'm not just writing this because I work here but I'm here to show off my experience in SnowWorld. I think the last time I was in SnowWorld was during the age where I can't even remember going into a place with snow. Literally super young. When I learn that they are having a launch of the New SnowWorld, I was jumping with joy! I'm not going to say much about this because I'm gonna let pictures explain it to you. Here goes.... Ice Sculpture Refreshments in the Lover Cave.  Not my favourite mascots... The nature of my job, to invite bloggers for any events required bloggers. Thus, I was extremely excited to get these Singaporean bloggers to attend the event!  Before going into the SnowWorld, prep yourself with a couple of winter essen
