It's been a while since I've tied my hair in pigtails and I really do love it. Also, I'm in the midst of a challenge where everytime I go out or for an event, I try to wear something new but hidden in my closet for way too long. You know, we have those outfits that we buy but keep them and ended up never wear them. Yup, I'm guilty too. Thus, when I have the chance to take good pictures for that outfit, I will post them on Instagram with the hashtag #HiddenInMyCloset in the description. 2014 has been a year of change. So many things had happened, big, small, good and bad, all I can say is that I am thankful. Or to be exact, I choose to be thankful because some things are out of our control.  I thank God for the great things that happened in my life, things such as getting a job that allows me to travel and experience different cultures, having the opportunity to do what I love which is writing and blogging, and to meet new people as well as reunited with friends that I've not seen for a really long time. I also thank God for the unpleasant moments and experiences because they are priceless, a lesson learnt for me to prepare for my future self. Not only making me stronger and more mature, but it also taught me about humility and the gift of silence.

Warning: This might be a long and wordy blogpost with a genuine intention to mainly express my thoughts as a blogger who has been in the industry for quite some time. This post is certainly not by anyway trying to shame any brands or PR companies, if name(s) are mentioned, it's because that incident actually happened. I think it's about time I said something.
