Make Up For Ever Artist Shadow Preview

A new generation of eye shadows with finer, suppler texture that are easy to blend and ultra-pigmented. All thanks to their new manufacturing technology, we are not only getting 10 news shades but Make Up For Ever is presenting 210 shades featuring matte and pearly formulas! 

Unfortunately, I didn't had the chance to see the entire collection as it was not ready in Malaysia yet but it was nice playing with a few of the shades available during the preview. The shadows were really smooth and their mattes were all I dreamed about. 

The matte shadows comes with no pearlised particles and the pigment micronisation ensures a pure and even colour while the heavy pigment load of up to 88% guarantees hold and colour intensity. The nylon powder makes shadows super soft and easy to apply while the zinc oxide and talc ensures optimal hold. 

As for the pearly formulas, it features four finishes of Satin, Metallic, Iridescent and Diamond. All thanks to the innovation of Water-Blend Technology, the powders, pigments and new 3D gel polymers are mixed with water to create a formula that is heavily loaded with up to 71.5% pigments. Water is then extracted through evaporation to get the supple and slightly creamy texture with extremely vivid colour that can be blended endlessly. The other amazing ingredient that makes a whole lot of difference is the additional touch of Mother-of-pearl. Metal oxides and black pigments are also added for all metallic effects shadows.

The colours were just so pigmented and easy to blend. You don't even need to be a professional to learn how to use these shadows. You can't really go wrong with this.
