Do it right, keep it tight!
Yoga and the girls
I feel that it's quite true that people these days expect a lot from a woman. We are expected to be good at being a daughter, wife, girlfriend, mother, employee, employer, friend and etc. All these came about because we wanted to be equal with men. To be frank, I really don't know how do a superwoman these days juggles between being awesome at her work and being a fantastic mother while still able to somehow find a social life in between those two lives.
When things are tough in the real world, I guess it is really important to know your self-worth and to truly love yourself before you can think about others. That includes eat well, sleep well, exercise, pamper yourself and go crazy during sale season.
This was my first yoga session and I was extremely excited to finally be able to say "I've done yoga before!" even though it's just for one time. MYoga felt like a professional gym without the equipment, you know, the big changing room with huge mirrors everywhere, lots of hair dryers, and bright lights. I believe they don't only provide yogo service there, they probably have dance packages too.
A bunch of early rises for morning yoga
I've just found out that morning yoga and night yoga have two different sets of poses or routine. Well, one has something to do with the sun while the other with the moon. I wasn't paying much attention in class while she was explaining it. However, there are other types of yoga too and the one I tried was women's yoga. It was meant to help exercise and stretch your down below. Cool uh. I had fun even if it's just for an hour. Very tiring yet relaxing.
Then we had a talk about our vajayjay!
This is Vibrance Kegel Device
Please everyone, it's not a vibrator. It's a tool meant to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. If you're a virgin, this is not for you because this might tear your hymn.
If you don't know, the pelvic floor muscles is important in the sense that it affects our experiences through womanhood including sexual intimacy, physical activities, pregnancy, childbirth, menopause and old age. They are here to make them more enjoyable.
Of course, it's not just all about that, toning and strengthening your muscles with kegel exercises also increases blood flow and nerve supply to pelvic region and helps in prevention and treatment of urinary stress incontinence. Weak pelvic floor muscles may cause you to experience constant urge to pee and lower back pain especially during the time of the month. Having healthier pelvic floor muscles can help your bladder to stay close, actively squeezing when you cough or sneeze to help avoid leaking.
Yes, you can google or Youtube kegel exercises without needing to use the device but without a proper guidance, you may just be contracting everything down there but your pelvic floor muscles. It's so easy to do it wrong because it's not something that you can see like contracting your buttocks. That's where this device comes in, it gives you an indication by having a mild vibration when you are contracting the right muscles.

Twice a day, 5 minutes each exercise.
Motivational talk about self-branding with KD Ismalasari. She compared women to diamond. Interesting stuff if you are looking to really get yourself out there. Branding yourself, I like that.
