Skincare + Haircare Product Overview From Butterfly Beauty Box
This is supposed to be the spa roundup of products from the Butterfly Beauty Box that I got from their Christmas party last month. I've done a round up review for the cosmetic products (Read here) and a giveaway for Shizens Lip Tattoo worth RM168 (Join giveaway here).
Again, I've not tried all the products but here's my thoughts on them:-
Always 21 Aloe Vera Soothing Gel Mist - The one product that I absolutely love. Well, never thought that I will love it so much. I was having troubles with my eyelids as it was getting sensitive towards my trusty eyelid glue. The product was probably too old, so it caused redness and rashes. This was one product that calms the allergy down and refreshed the rest of my face. Ever since then, I've been spraying this after toning my face, became a staple in my skincare routine.
Nature Republic Snail Solution Hydrogel Mask Sheet - Snail slim skincare product was once upon a time hyped. Nope, I've never bothered to join in the craze. When I saw the packaging written Hydrogel Mask Sheet, I knew it will be something awesome as I've had great experience with Hydrogel masks before this. I love the idea of having a almost-clear gel mask sheet that clings on to your skin greatly. It feels like a second skin and provide better absorption as compared to regular paper mask.
Hydraluron Moisture Boosting Mask - Have not tried this but it claims to contain next generation 3D hyaluronic acid and hydrates skin from beneath the surface for 24 hours of long lasting moisture retention. Made in Japan and available in Muse by Watson.
Matrix Biolage SmoothProof Shampoo - It smells like Johnson's no tear baby shampoo. Seriously. I've not tried it yet and don't plan to try it anytime soon as I'm not done with my current shampoo. Specially for frizzy hair people, this paraben-free shampoo provides humidity control and anti-frizz smoothness. It also claims to be suitable for colour treated hair.
