Johor Trip | Thistle Hotel
Johor is coming up as most of you might know, the government is making Johor Bahru 'The State' to live in with Lego Land and many other stuff planned for the state. My friend, a journalist from The Expat magazine was sent a few places in Johor for an article piece. Me, were just there to accompany her journey.
On our first day, we travelled 4 hours to Thistle Hotel in Johor Bahru. This tall beautiful building is so close to Singapore that you can see them from their Thistle Club Lounge. This well designed and architecture hotel made the place feels like a resort. Service was amazing and efficient, food was impeccable. Trust me, if you in any way are around that area, to just stop by for their RIBS, ai-ma-mi, it's like was sent from heaven.
Overall, I seriously rate Thistle 10/10 because everything was just great there! I felt like a princess being pampered and tummy bloated after spending 2 nights there. Especially expats on business will love to stay in Thistle whether alone or with the whole family!
It is bit pricey but worth it if you need an escape within the city. Even if you can afford the hotel, just stopping by for a dinner with your loved once is a must!

Eat it with pisang goreng and everything else.
