Sasatinnie Smoky Eyeliner Pen [Review]
Sha-Boo-Yah!
If there's one thing I've learned about make up, it can't be denied that eyeliners make a hell of a difference to your face. They not only make your eyes look bigger but also allows you to create a whole lot of looks such as puppy eye, cat eye and even big cartoon, anime eye!
I'm not an eyeliner person but I like to wear them on dressier occasion or at times, if I'm required to be in front of a camera. I've recently received 2 eyeliners from Sasa for review. Here's what I think of the Sasatinnie Smoky Eyeliner Pen.
First of all, I have no idea why they name it "pen" when I strongly believe that it's more appropriate as a "pencil" but whatever, the name is not important. I like that they comes in dual ended package for one side is the pencil while the other is an angle brush. Their idea is for the consumer to achieve a sheer effect by using the brush to blend the lined eyes. The brush is also great to help in smudging the colour on the lids for a smoky look.
I have to admit the colours are creamy and rich. Gorgeously intense as it glides easily on the lids for a mesmerizing and luminous look. The dark green was true to colour and absolutely fabulous but the gold was more of a brown with shimmers, still pretty but wasn't the exciting gold that I was expecting.
Up: Dark Green, Down: Gold
Sasatinnie Smoky Eyeliner Pen is formulated in Italy is available at Sasa at RM22.90 for 1.2g. It's quite a long stick thus will last for quite some time in your makeup collection.
