Mud mask is known to be really good for deep pore cleansing and lifting dead skin build up off the surface of your face. However, from past experience, I know that mud mask may cause dryness or sometimes, depending on the ingredients, it may not be suitable for thin, dry, or sensitive skin. Such as the famous, much raved about GlamGlow original mask in black packaging. I can't use GlamGlow as it does sting my skin and cause me to breakout. Thus, ever since then, I'm usually less receptive to trying out new mud mask. The reason I've agreed to try this Antipodes Halo Skin-Brightening Facial Mud Mask is because I trust the brand and the distributor in Malaysia. Most of the products that I've tried from the Malaysian distributor, or even simply products from New Zealand, my skin tend to react well. So why not. Do check out my first impressions video below!
