After my wonderful trip in Danang, I flew back to Ho Chi Minh City (also known as Saigon) for two nights because Dexter, my partner, has never seen Saigon before. It was his first time in Vietnam and I thought might as well see a little of the city before heading back home. If you are wondering, picture above is an expensive Vietnamese coffee that we've tried from Legend Coffee. The shop is easily found around Ho Chi Minh city. It was pretty good. Now although I said I spent two nights there, but really, due to our flight timing, we really only had one day to really tour the city. Thankfully for the team from Rubicon Tours and 12fly.com.my , they managed to customise our tour according to our flight timing. Even though we only had a day, they ensured that there's a good mix of educational, cultural, historical, and modern visitation. We love the flexibility of our travel agents. It's been quite a few years since I've last visited Vietnam. This time, having the opportunity to go back, I didn't just want to see Saigon, I really wanted to see the Golden Bridge in Danang. So naturally, Danang is a huge part of my recent trip to Vietnam. I spent two nights there, following a Danang tour from 12fly.com.my since I personally have no knowledge on the language and it's my first time there, it's best to just get a guide to make things easier. The good part about my travel agent is that they were able to tweak my schedules to follow my flight arrival time as I was taking Vietjet for the entire trip, thus the timing is a little different. Plus, I had a full last day off so I could rest, sleep in, and enjoy my hotel facilities. Exactly just how I like my trips, a break from all the touring. Dex is officially a full time esports broadcaster on Twitch! So we thought it would be nice to go out and celebrate a little, just in time when my house internet decides to fail on us.  Few weeks back I was offered a complimentary stay in the new Hyatt House KL, located in Mont Kiara, not too far from our home, so why not. I don't enjoy long drives but thankfully this was only 15 minutes away. Lols. So heck yeah. Plus I can't say no to hotel breakfast, we both kinda enjoy hotel breakfast.  We've decided to vlog our trip so anyone interested can have a better look at the place.  Overall, I have to say it was a pleasant stay. The rooms were extremely well done, the mini kitchen was well stocked, bed were comfortable, service was impeccable as they were all really polite and helpful, and the breakfast, darn the breakfast was so, so good. Dex and I, we love our Ramadan food. It's one of the few things we look forward to every year. One of the blessings being in Malaysia is that we can enjoy some of the best Ramadan buffet and among all the ones we have tried, our hearts will always return to Awana's Rajawali Ramadan Buffet. We are glad that we got the opportunity to enjoy them this year when we were invited for a media trip with Resorts World Genting. I'm for real. This is not clickbait. For once, I found a game bar that I don't feel confined and smoky. The best part of it all was to walk out without smelly like smoke from head to toe! RedTail Bar by Zouk opened at Resorts World Genting earlier this year and it's known to be a significantly exciting addition to the vibrant nightlife scene of Genting where the chic and sophisticated spends their leisure hours. Offering the perfect setting for pre-club drinks and group celebration with light finger food, you could enjoy a variety of games like Xbox E-Games, Beer Pong, Shots & Ladder, Battle Shots, Giant Pong, darts, and pool. I'm sure by now you've heard much about the whole "Cripsy" chicken rendang and MasterChef UK issue happened recently. Basically, a judge from the popular cooking competition series say that the chicken rendang of a contestant is not crispy and kicked her out from the competition. Lols, when he first told me about this new game call 'A WAY OUT', that requires 2-player to complete the game, I thought it was a great idea, until he told me he bought the game and asked me to play with him.  For me, other than Sims, I'm not really great at video games, I easily get headache with most games due to the movements and I'm not really good at aiming stuff. I was just afraid that I'll slow him down if I play this game with him.  I did it anyway, never try never know right, and I end up really liking it. I really like how EA tells the story and allow us to have split screen with different perspectives.  Try it yourself, otherwise, it's pretty fun to just watch too!  Hope you enjoy! Seriously everybody, this has to be one of the best bibimbap that we have ever eaten so far. We stumbled upon this place by accident after finding out that the restaurant that we wanted to go to were closed for the holidays. So we just walked around Ewha University Shopping Street and see what's there to fill our hungry stomachs. Apparently, Yookssam NaengMyeon have a few outlets around Seoul, you can find them in popular places such as Myeongdong, Gangnam, and Hongdae. The shop that we ate at is located near Ewha University and just a few stores away from the popular Mister Bossam restaurant. Directions is provided at the end of the blog. 

I believe it was early last year when a video of people cooking instant noodles and enjoying them by the Han River in Korea went viral. It was a super cool concept and I told myself if I had the chance to go around Seoul myself, experiencing ramyeon at Han River will definitely be on top of my list. Many months later, Dex and I had a trip to Seoul and did this together. While planning this trip, I was so focused on trying to find which Han River that has this special cooking machine. I thought it was only one particular place sell this but it's actually not. I believe by now, pretty much any park that's by the Han River allows you to have this experience as long as they have a convenient store. We've chosen to visit Yeouido Park by the Han River since it was one of the recommended place that my sis-in-law mentioned and she's not wrong, the park was beautiful. I personally do recommend this park too.

This was our final hotel that we stayed in when Dex and I were in Seoul. It was a hotel near Insadong with a nice exterior. From the outside, it looked quite grand but the room that we got weren't all that great. It was an alright room but we enjoyed our previous two hotels better, it was probably just the room that we were given. It was average. They probably have better rooms than ours.
